Avoiding is NOT the solution!


🔴 A common misconception people have is to STOP doing the things that aggravate their pain. Many times it is activities we love like running, working out, playing tennis or playing with our kids. This is definitely NOT the solution to your pain as you are just decreasing your quality of life.


🟢 Our job as Physiotherapist is to figure out how to get you back to doing the things you want to do WITHOUT it aggravating your pain. Gaining back quality of life is the goal. Together we formulate a treatment plan that will suit your individual needs and get you back to doing the things you love without pain.
